Getting started is easy

1) The first step after you have found a suitable building lot is to select the home you are interested in. Whether it is one of our standard floor plans from one of our home series or your own custom floor plan. Now you are ready to contact us with any design changes you may have. Once your plan is designed just the way you want it we are now ready to submit it for pricing.

2) After you receive and approve the pricing and preliminary plans you will then be ready to order your engineered plans. at this point we will request a $1000.00 deposit to order the stamped plans which will be used to obtain your building permit from your local codes dept.

3) Next it will be time to select your finishes. Once all finishes are selected and with a deposit of 10% of the total cost of the home we are now ready to place your order and get a confirmed delivery date that will work with your building schedule.

4) We will work closely with you when the home is near its delivery date to make sure that the foundation and sill plates are complete, square, and by plans. You have a crane, and set crew scheduled to get your new home set on the foundation and dried in.
